Please notify us of packing discrepancies upon receipt of your order. If you need to return a part, please call us for return approval with in 14 days. We have a flexible return policy and we do not typically charge restocking except in some cases of special order parts or overstocking. Some special order parts, Heidelberg OEM, Astro OEM and electrical and electronic items are not returnable.
